Remodel or New Construction
My services are completely customized by what it is that the individual client and project needs, and every one of them is different. The initial consultation is usually 1-2 hours and in that time we will determine what your needs are and together decide how extensive and time consuming your project is. Some projects are just this initial consultation, some are months long. We will determine your individual plan in that first consultation. I charge hourly for my time so you can have me as involved as you like. My hourly rate is $150. If you are remodeling or undergoing new construction I can help you through the process as another set of eyes to make sure your lifestyle and needs are worked into the plan from the beginning. I will help with design decisions and product selections, to help pull it all together so in the end your home or office reflects your style and decorative preferences.
Interior Decorating
I've been helping clients design and decorate their homes since 1996. I come in with a fresh set of eyes, new ideas, product knowledge, and resources to help you achieve your design goals. This could include space planning, furniture placement, new furnishings, paint color selections, window treatments, accessorizing, etc. Again every job is unique and I will follow whatever path your job takes us on. This is also an hourly service so you can start with an initial consultation and we will determine from there how extensive your project will be.
Rendering
For any of the services above, if you need help visualizing your project or need drawings to submit to an HOA or for permitting, I can create floor plans and renderings and 3D views of your spaces.
Art
Recently I returned to creating original art to sell, using alcohol ink to create one of a kind abstract pieces. Each new piece is an exciting venture as I manipulate the fluid and watch the reaction of the inks and alcohol as it morphs into ethereal shapes and colors. I can create a custom piece for you or you can select from a library of previous works that can be printed in various sizes on various materials that each bring their own characteristics to the art.
